We are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to support our clients expanding team. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction through to final accounts – playing a key role in commercial success.

- Working with the Design team to identify opportunities and manage risk
- Overseeing all commercial aspects of live projects
- Procuring and letting subcontractor packages
- Approving subcontractor payments
- Managing final accounts
- Collaborating with Buyers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and snag-free
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Experience with both new build and refurbishment projects up to £20M.
Passionate about construction with a desire to learn and progress.
Previous experience working for a main contractor preferred.
