Contract Duration: 12 Months

We're partnering with Intuit EMEA, a global technology platform that helps small businesses and consumers manage their financial lives, to find a highly motivated and proactive Contract Sales Productivity Analyst to join their dynamic EMEA Sales Operations team. This 12-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and efficiency within their EMEA sales organisation, with a particular focus on supporting their expansion into the mid-market segment.

This role isn't just about reporting; it's about being deeply embedded within the sales team, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions that directly impact frontline sales agents and managers.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Sales Operations, you'll be joining a specialised team focused on automation and data insights. You'll work closely with frontline sales agents who handle direct sales, as well as those involved in broader selling activities, particularly as Intuit expands its footprint in the mid-market, which often involves longer deal cycles.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Frontline Sales Agent Support: Provide essential day-to-day operational support to EMEA sales agents, ensuring they have seamless access to the tools and resources required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify areas of improvement within sales workflows and propose solutions to create more efficient and effective processes for the sales team.
  • Data Analysis & Recommendations: Analyse sales data (including historical trends and comparisons) to inform the implementation of sales productivity initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to sales managers.
  • Driving Productivity Initiatives: Play an active role in running and managing a range of projects aimed at increasing sales productivity across the EMEA team.
  • Tool & System Enhancement: Work to enhance the sales team's experience with core tools, ensuring they are used optimally.
  • Mid-Market Enablement: Focus on supporting teams as Intuit moves further into the mid-market segment, understanding and addressing the unique productivity needs associated with longer deal cycles.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track key sales productivity metrics, providing regular updates to sales leadership on progress and results of initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Productivity, Sales Analyst, or similar role.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential. Familiarity with other CRM tools and sales cadence tools (e.g., High Velocity Sales, SalesLoft) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: You'll be a highly self-sufficient and proactive individual, comfortable taking ownership of projects and working independently.
  • Communication: Highly communicative, able to build strong relationships and provide clear, concise recommendations to various stakeholders, from frontline agents to sales leadership.
  • Process Orientation: A strong understanding of sales processes and lead management practices.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on areas that may have previously received less spotlight.
  • Hybrid Working: Comfortable with a hybrid working model, involving time in the London office.
  • Desirable (but not essential): Experience with BI reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is a bonus, but this is not a primary BI reporting role.

If you're a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for optimising sales performance and a knack for driving efficiency, we want to hear from you! Apply now to join Intuit's innovative team.
