Are You the Ultimate "Go-To" Person?
We aren’t looking for a typical recruiter. We are looking for an On-Site Operations Guru and a master of worker engagement.
If you love the satisfaction of a clean spreadsheet, the logic of a well-managed database, and the feeling of solving a problem before it even hits someone else's desk, this is your next move. You will be the backbone of our presence at one of our most prestigious client sites in Maidenhead, ensuring every worker’s journey from day one to their last is seamless, organized, and positive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Worker & Client Engagement: Act as the primary face of the service. You will manage daily worker engagement for up to 150 temporary staff, host face-to-face client service meetings, and run "worker surgeries" to solve day-to-day workplace hurdles.
- The Onboarding Architect: Lead the screening, vetting, and onboarding process to ensure every new starter is 100% ready to hit the ground running on day one.
- System & Data Specialist: Maintain 100% accurate live data within our VMS and in-house systems. You will keep our databases "audit-ready" and manage ongoing live assessment maintenance.
- Lifecycle & ER Management: Conduct regular formal check-ins with staff, proactively handle assignment extensions, manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, and oversee the end-to-end leaver process.
- Financial & Admin Gatekeeper: Take charge of Purchase Orders (POs), monitor email and phone communications, and provide robust administrative support to the wider recruitment function.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- True Work-Life Balance: A fixed 20-hour week with "pick-your-slot" flexibility. Whether you need to work around the school run or simply prefer a specific daily rhythm, we can make it work.
- Zero Sales: This is a pure delivery, service, and administration role. Your focus is entirely on high-quality candidate and client care.
- Global Impact: You’ll be joining Randstad, one of the world's largest, leading recruitment organizations, gaining invaluable experience with enterprise-level technology and world-class clients.
Who You Are
- Admin Heavyweight: You have a "black belt" in administration, high attention to detail, and top-tier data management skills.
- People Person (Without the Pitch): You genuinely enjoy helping people, managing stakeholders, and resolving employee issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with recruitment software, VMS, or advanced databases is a massive win. If not, you are the type of person who easily picks up new software in an afternoon.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You are organized, dependable, and thrive when taking ownership of the operational side of a busy account.
