The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a globally recognized leader in autonomous technology. This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity for energetic, hands-on individuals from Retail, Warehouse, or Fast-Paced Logistics backgrounds to enter the high-tech aviation sector. No prior drone or aviation experience is necessary. We are looking for people who are experts at accuracy, inventory management, and moving stock efficiently. Full training on technical safety and ground operations will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Perform high-accuracy Tier 1 Pick/Pack services to prepare goods for autonomous delivery.
- Inventory & Stock: Manage and maintain local stock levels, ensuring the operations site is fully replenished and organized.
- Field Recovery: Operate a company-provided light vehicle (van) to recover aircraft that have landed outside the designated area.
- Ground Support: Assist with start-of-day activities and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Basic Inspections: Conduct simple daily equipment checks and report any hazards to the Supervisor (training provided).
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous work in fast-paced retail stores (supermarkets, high-street) or warehouse environments where you were responsible for picking/packing and moving stock.
- Physical Stamina: This is an active role where you will be on your feet and moving items throughout the day.
- Driving License: You must hold a Full Clean UK Driving License to operate the recovery vehicle.
- Reliability: Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following safety procedures.
