The Role
Reporting into the Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing ad hoc administrative support to the operational team to maintain consistent service levels during peak periods. You will be taking the strain away from the CSR and transport teams by managing specific logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Liaising with Customers and Hauliers ensuring time changes, late deliveries & booking in requests are handled via telephone, email and ensuring systems are updated to reflect changes.
- Relationship Management: Building mutually beneficial relationships with Customers.
- System Management: Raising return legs in the system and managing non-physical returns via SAP.
- Daily Operations: Calling through late deliveries, time changes, and booking-in requests using Salesforce, Transporeon, and telephone (approx. 2 hours per day).
- Reporting: Handling IDOC reports and Daily Health Checks via SAP and Transporeon.
- Tracking: Chasing outstanding collections and communicating updates on Salesforce.

Requirements
- Experience: Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Communication: An effective communicator who is capable of building excellent Customer Service relationships.
- Technical Skills: PC skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
- Systems: Preference for candidates with good working knowledge of SAP or Salesforce.
- Attributes: Organised and methodical with the ability to work in a controlled and structured way.
