This is a high-profile, purely strategic Senior HRBP assignment within a fast-paced global tech environment. Reporting directly to the HR Director for the Trips Business Unit, the successful candidate will operate at a senior level, bypassing day-to-day operational HR and Employee Relations (which are entirely managed by a dedicated Operations team).

You will act as the key HR partner to the VP of Ground Transportation and five Senior Directors/Directors.

As Senior HR Business Partner, the core objective is to advise and partner with the VP & Ground Transportation Leadership team across various HR topics. This Senior Business Partner role will partner, influence and advise business leaders on People related topics, actively engaging in the strategic and/or tactical direction, problem statements, business goals and priorities and how they impact the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working within organisational design principles and leading change initiatives with regard to structure design and development, reorganisation.
  • Partnering with CoE teams to deliver products/tools/services that align with business strategy as well as the People Roadmap.
  • Contributing to the optimisation of existing HR policies, procedures and processes and translating HR strategy to own business unit.
  • Ensuring end-to-end delivery and adoption of critical People initiatives within the supported organisations (e.g. promoting and enabling engagement conversations, performance optimisation, implementing programmes that attract and retain talent).
  • Ensuring the capabilities needed in the respective organisations are there to deliver the business targets.
  • Creating tailored solutions for People related business challenges in partnership with relevant CoEs and People Services & Systems.
  • Acting as the voice of the business within the People Department, accountable for identifying, predicting and articulating key People related business challenges.
  • Representing the People Department in front of supported business partners, ensuring consistent quality of service and guidance.
  • Playing a predominantly implementing/informing role in relation to application of operationalising HR topics.
  • Ensuring that local activities are compliant and aligned (where legally possible) to the global HR strategy.
