System & Data Specialist: Maintain 100% accurate live data within our VMS and in-house systems. You will keep our databases "audit-ready" and manage ongoing live assessment maintenance. Lifecycle & ER Management: Conduct regular formal check-ins with staff, proactively handle assignment extensions, manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, and oversee the end-to-end leaver process. Financial & Admin Gatekeeper: Take charge of Purchase Orders (POs), monitor email and phone communications, and provide robust administrative support to the wider recruitment function.
