Reporting: You will report directly to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and will have no direct line management responsibility.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Manager to a dynamic team within the Global payments sector. This role is pivotal to delivering our ambitious marketing strategy and will involve hands-on execution across key performance channels critical to client acquisition. This is a fluid, hands-on role where the key focus is the delivery and execution of the performance marketing strategy. While you won't need to be an expert in every channel, deep expertise in at least one area is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Delivery: Owning and executing key components of the overall performance marketing strategy to acquire high-value payments clients and achieve business objectives.
  • Channel Ownership: Taking hands-on ownership of at least one core performance marketing channel (e.g., SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display), driving execution from setup to optimisation.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and optimising high-performance campaigns across digital channels, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to industry compliance standards.
  • Data Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data to understand customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV), and providing actionable insights to continually improve efficiency and scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product, sales, data, and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business needs and ensure a consistent customer journey for financial services prospects.
Key Requirements
  • Proven Hands-on Proficiency: Demonstrable, hands-on experience and full ownership in at least one of the following core performance marketing channels is mandatory: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Affiliate Marketing / Digital Display Advertising / Paid Social Ads.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate strategic business and sales goals within the financial/payments sector into successful, day-to-day tactical execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign funnels.
  • Desirable: Experience with AI Optimisation within digital advertising platforms.
  • Agility & Fluidity: A willingness to operate in a fluid role and take on new challenges as the business area evolves within a rapidly changing industry.
