We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of the leadership team and Business Office. This position helps ensure the smooth functioning of leadership activities by organising key meetings, monitoring priorities, and assisting with the delivery of strategic initiatives. Working closely with the leadership team, the role focuses on operational coordination, leadership rhythm, and ensuring priorities and deliverables remain on track.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Track key decisions and ensure actions from leadership meetings are documented and followed up
  • Support the preparation of leadership presentations, updates, and briefing materials
  • Help organise leadership priorities, trackers, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate planning activities, including leadership meetings, workshops, and off‑sites
  • Maintain shared collaboration spaces such as SharePoint and internal document repositories
  • Support cross‑team coordination and help ensure information flows effectively across stakeholders
  • Assist with tracking deliverables, timelines, and key operational initiatives
  • Provide general operational and administrative coordination to support the Business Office.
