Our client is seeking a CRM & Content Project Manager to revolutionise how they connect with their UK driver community - they are a leading global technology platform that is at the forefront of urban mobility and delivery, operating in over 70 countries with a significant presence in cities across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the UK Driver Communications Strategy: Craft and execute a consistent narrative across all driver touchpoints, aligned with UK priorities and global CRM vision.
- Lead Life cycle & Campaign Management: Drive engagement through end-to-end campaigns focused on feature adoption, education, and policy awareness.
- Oversee Content Production: Manage creative development for driver-focused podcasts and video initiatives with agency partners.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Run the weekly Customer Collective forum to align messaging across Ops, Support, Policy, and Marketing.
- Champion Best Practices & Channels: Define and promote CRM best practices across teams, advising on tone, format, and delivery channels.
- Manage Weekly Newsletters: Oversee production from planning to deployment, optimising for performance and feedback.
- Measure and Optimise: Work with analytics teams to track KPIs and continuously improve campaign impact.
- Advocate for the Driver Voice: Ensure drivers' perspectives are embedded in all key initiatives and business decisions.
- Build Scalable Playbooks: Document processes and share learnings to support regional growth and global knowledge sharing.
About You
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, customer marketing, or comms project management.
- Confident project manager who thrives juggling multiple initiatives.
- Compelling communicator with a passion for storytelling and tone of voice.
- Proven success working with creative teams and/or agencies.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action.
- Analytical and insights-driven, with a knack for translating data into strategy.
- Passionate about improving customer experiences and building long-term trust.
- Familiarity with tools like Braze, Salesforce, or Iterable is a plus.
