As our Client Solutions Director you will identify and develop new business opportunities for our Education teams, helping to expand and grow our brand, oversee client relationships and grow revenue! This is a key role for the business as we continue to grow and expand making us one of the biggest players within the education sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Increasing business relationships across the Education market
- Taking ownership of specific Education clients and driving business forward
- New business development with target clients both virtual and face to face
- Review meetings with existing clients
- Understanding competitors in the market
- Providing data & insight to current and new clients to build and form better relationships
- Promoting our specialist staffing solutions to the Education sector across a specific region and area of focus
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in business development within the recruitment industry
- Be a strong, consistent billing consultant (or maybe you are leading a team and want to step away from the day to day leadership responsibilities)
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Partnering and growing client accounts to increase GP
- Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Education sector experience is preferred
