Overview of the Role
Our client is looking for some temporary admin cover in our Hitchin Lab. This position is ideal for an individual looking for temporary admin work from now up to July/August initially. The role is based in the lab, offering a unique perspective into the lab’s daily operations.
Detailed Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Administrative Support & Data Management: Performing essential data entry tasks to support lab operations. Monitoring the lab email box to ensure all incoming correspondence is handled efficiently.
- Communication & Front of House: Actively answering the phone and handling enquiries professionally. Managing the entrance by answering the door for visitors and deliveries.
- Lab Site Integration: Working as part of a small team where desks are in the lab space. Providing general admin cover to maintain the smooth running of the Hitchin site.
Candidate Requirements
