About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services organisation seeking a Campus Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive graduate and early careers recruitment, develop innovative hiring strategies, and build strong relationships with top universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted campus recruitment strategies to attract top graduate talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, careers services, and student organisations.
- Plan and manage on-campus events, careers fairs, and networking initiatives.
- Assess and select candidates using expert-level assessment methods.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Analyse campus insights to optimise recruitment strategies and talent pipeline development.
- Lead and manage internship and graduate recruitment programmes.
- Provide strategic recruitment guidance and support to the team.

Key Skills & Experience:
