Job Title: Executive Assistant Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Salesforce Country Leader for Belgium & Luxembourg (BeLux) and the AVP, Sales. This is a key administrative role requiring initiative, discretion, and excellent coordination skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior-level executives. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, and process expense claims Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently Assist in organising employee and team events; support team communications Contribute to country-level programmes including events, volunteering, and internal enablement initiatives Exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting senior executives or management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English High attention to detail and the ability to carry out administrative tasks accurately Strong time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides (Google Workspace) Must be able to work standard business hours in CET (Central European Time) Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce or experience using the Salesforce platform Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is desirable but not essential
