About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist with expertise in the asset management and financial services industries, specifically focused on US-domiciled ETFs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing strategy, develop high-quality content, and manage key events that drive business growth. The role is based in Canary Wharf, London, and will be a 12-month contract. You will work closely with the sales team, ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns while aligning efforts with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event marketing, campaign management, and content creation, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies for US domiciled ETFs, ensuring alignment with sales and business objectives. Drive measurable outcomes for all campaigns.
  • Content Development: Create, review, and maintain marketing materials in English and Dutch. Ensure content is localized, high-quality, and published accurately across platforms.
  • Event & Roadshow Coordination: Organize and execute roadshows, conferences, and regional events, partnering with the sales team to maximize exposure and client engagement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for US domiciled ETFs, ensuring effective allocation of resources and that all invoices are tracked and processed.
  • Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure that all marketing communications are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Only professional investors should receive US-domiciled fund communications.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to establish joint priorities and develop integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment on strategy, goals, and expectations.
  • Digital Tools & Analytics: Learn and use key digital tools (Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics) to analyze campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies, and report on results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (German is a bonus).
  • Experience: Proven experience in event marketing and managing marketing campaigns in the asset management/financial sector. Knowledge of US-domiciled ETFs is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and coordinate with multiple teams. Proactive, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills. Experience working in a global/intercultural environment.
  • Digital Tools: Experience with tools such as Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics is a plus, though training will be provided.
