Business Development Director – Pareto (a randstad company) – The role is hybrid but needed in the office x3 time a week. Are you a proactive, energetic, and passionate sales professional? Pareto is looking for a Business Development Director to join our Emerging Talent team and drive our continued success! About the Role: As a Business Development Director at Pareto, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, giving you full sales cycle responsibility—from lead generation (with support of an SDR) to closing deals and managing accounts. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprise businesses across all B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads. Sales Cycle Management : Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals. Account Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams. Collaborative Team Work : Work alongside our delivery team and other Pareto divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery. Client Success : Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly. Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments. Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face. Ability to build and nurture strategic client relationships. Team player who can work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to win deals. Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
