Our team of passionate educators and professionals is committed to delivering personalised learning experiences. We are looking to grow our established sales team. You will be working with local authorities and schools and offering bespoke education packages for Primary, Secondary and Post 16 aged pupils. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with educational institutions, parents and students and achieving sales targets. Role Summary Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management Required Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or services sector Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the education sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports Self-motivated with a results-driven approach What do we offer?
