The Role & Environment
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to be a driver in developing growth strategies, in partnership with retail and other third-party channels. Reporting to the UK Marketing Lead, this role will bring retail know-how to a growing team and directly manage, plan, and implement marketing strategies with a growing list of partners. The division operates with a fast-paced, start-up mentality, requiring a "scrappy" and flexible mindset to unlock growth. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy developing in-store experiences, co-marketing strategies, and promotional plans that drive product adoption in store and online. - Commercial Drive: Work closely with the Retail Sales Lead to ensure commercial thinking is at the heart of business plans, focusing specifically on driving growth and hitting ROI targets.
- Brand & Product Champion: Champion the brand, ensuring communication is consistent and supporting brand strategy. Address purchase drivers and barriers through physical and digital experiences that elevate product truths. Collaborate with regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure product accuracy throughout partner activations.
- Bridge Consumer & Shopper: Work with insights and analytics teams to understand the path-to-purchase and user experience, uncovering insights that drive growth in the UK retail landscape.
- Analytics & Performance: Monitor and analyse the performance of promotions. You will be responsible for analysing data bought through retailers or 3rd party sources, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders.
- Budget Ownership: Manage and coordinate marketing retail budgets, influence investment, aligning closely with the UK Marketing Lead and Finance.

- Experience: Experience in consumer electronics and/or consumer goods / consumer healthcare categories sold in retail. E-commerce experience is highly ideal.
- Category Growth: Experience launching and developing a new category.
- Regulation: Understanding of marketing and selling under MDR regulations.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and customer mindset; experience delivering measurable, multi-channel, growth strategies.
- Mindset: A flexible mindset with the willingness to roll up sleeves, troubleshoot problems, and drive to aligned solutions.
- Communication: Ability to communicate at multiple levels and represent the company with partners; strong verbal and written communication.
