Our client is a leading global technology company looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their team on a contract basis until June 2027. This role operates on a hybrid working schedule (3 days onsite in London, 2 days remote) following normal UK working hours.
As a Benefits Specialist, you set the strategic direction and drive outcomes for high-visibility benefit programs with high dollar spend and multiple stakeholders. You continually evaluate benefit programs to ensure they are legally compliant, competitive, aligned with the overall benefits philosophy, and drive measurable change and appropriate outcomes, developing long-term solutions with foresight to anticipate and address current and future issues. You ensure that they are legally compliant, competitive, aligned with our overall total rewards strategy, and produce effective results for our ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Participate in a variety of benefits surveys and build internal competitive data to provide market-driven insights and strengthen our benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory best practices and relevant government regulations.
- Drive the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of company benefits programs (e.g., including time-off plans, retirement plans, healthcare and life insurance coverage, and wellness and health education) by integrating feedback and gaining alignment.
