What You Bring:
- Strong confidence, clear communication, and a great presence in front of a group.
- Experience with young people (youth work, coaching, support work, university, or school-based experience).
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or ready to get one with us fast!).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pre-set lessons and ensure students complete their assigned work.
- Maintain a positive, orderly, and focused classroom environment.
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assist students with questions and keep them engaged throughout the lesson.
- Collect completed work at the end of the lesson and pass it to the department.
- Take student attendance accurately at the start of each period.
