The Role

  • Your mission is to be the bridge between top-tier educators and their next role. You will focus on supporting candidates who are ready to transition out of the classroom and into impactful academic tutoring.
  • Candidate Mastery: Manage and grow a specialist pool of educators across 5 national regions (North to South).
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from initial sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn to ensuring rigorous compliance and final placement.
  • Thinking Outside the Box: Build up specialist availability by finding creative ways to attract the best academic talent.
  • Assessment & Engagement: Get out and about to lead assessment days, meeting your candidates face-to-face to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Volume & Pace: Handle high-volume recruitment with speed and accuracy, ensuring every candidate receives a professional, seamless experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have a background in recruitment and understand how to navigate a fast-paced, candidate-heavy desk.
  • Pace & Urgency: You thrive in a high-volume environment and possess the time-management skills to juggle national candidate pools.
  • The "Mobile" Mindset: A full UK driving license is essential. You’ll be traveling to conduct assessment days and engage with your candidate network.
