Our Education team is recruiting for a Talent Attraction Consultant to join their Brighton based business.
What does the day to day look like:
- Generate old/new candidate relationships through regular calls and catch ups
- Manage current relationships within the business
- Grow existing candidate base and work alongside the account manager to identify further sales opportunities
- Interact with candidates to find their ideal role and write a comprehensive profile of their needs
- Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
- Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market
- Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs
What skills will you need?
- The ability to identify key skills and really understand the nature of the work the candidates have been doing
- Attention to detail, working through a strict compliance process
- The ability to work at speed and deliver against key KPI metrics
