The Role: We are seeking an experienced administrator with a strong interest in compliance to join our Business Assurance team. Working closely with the Business Assurance Manager, you will support UK operations and play a key role in ensuring compliance across the business.
- Providing initial responses to safeguarding concerns, with support from the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Supporting operational teams with guidance on statutory compliance processes
- Responding to queries relating to policies and procedures across Business Assurance
- Allocating and managing tickets, as well as overseeing the shared inbox for the Business Assurance and Compliance teams
- Maintaining document control for policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
