The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the organization meets the requirements for importing/exporting goods in the region.
- Populate SAP system with correct data for import/export operations.
- Compile records to substantiate country of origin claims.
- Assist in the execution of logistics projects as required.
- Proactively communicate regularly with the import brokers/freight forwarders on open issues.
- Escalate serious or significant discrepancies immediately to the attention of the Manager.
Fluent in English. Experience of working on SAP System. Graduate caliber. Analytical skills necessary, but data interpretation is essential. Knowledge of the complexities of moving products across borders: international freight, duties, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and ocean/air carriers. Excel Scripting. Power BI. Second European Language.
