Detailed Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Administrative Support & Data Management
- Performing essential data entry tasks to support lab operations.
- Monitoring the lab email box to ensure all incoming correspondence is handled efficiently.
- Communication & Front of House
- Actively answering the phone and handling enquiries professionally.
- Managing the entrance by answering the door for visitors and deliveries.
- Lab Site Integration
- Working as part of a small team where desks are in the lab space.
- Providing general admin cover to maintain the smooth running of the Hitchin site.
