Randstad has an opportunity available for a Trainer Assessor in Aircraft Fitting to work as part of the team in Belfast Metropolitan College. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality instruction and technical training delivery within a specific area of responsibility to achieve learner success.

Requirements:
- Two years' post Apprenticeship experience in Aerospace industry OR Four years industry experience
- Applicants must possess an appropriate NVQ 3 in Engineering or equivalent
- English GCSE (Grade C or above) OR Equivalent
- Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) OR Equivalent
- Training, teaching or assessor experience is essential for this role
- Enhanced vetting is required for this role including an enhanced Access NI check
Responsibilities:
- Produce schemes of work and lesson plans
- Deliver teaching in relevant courses
- Set and grade assignment work
- Maintenance of student records, class registers and preparation of reports
- To ensure all training and assessment materials used are of the highest quality and are appropriate to support training and assessment
- To use a range of assessment methods relevant to the training, trainee and the training environment
