Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willing to work towards it)

GCSE English and Maths, grade C (or 4) or above
Experience (Preferred but not essential):

Experience working with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, or ASD

Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Familiarity with behaviour management strategies
