Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willing to work towards it)

  • GCSE English and Maths, grade C (or 4) or above

Experience (Preferred but not essential):

  • Experience working with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, or ASD

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

  • Familiarity with behaviour management strategies
