Develop e2e strategic global digital media plans in strong collaboration with our client partners and in-house creative team to our present and future clients to attract talent of varying industries.

Works with internal and external talent stakeholders, client partners, in-house creative team, performance media vendors and our procurement team when executing strategic digital media plans.

Analyse and utilise data our Market Intelligence team supplies to help build data-driven strategies.

Ensure the strategy is executed effectively and efficiently through working closely with our programmatic specialists.

Visualising and presenting data and analysis of performance – ensuring that the Client Partners and Clients are aware of the successes and opportunities of the marketing activities.

Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience and confidence.

Experience in designing and managing end-to-end digital performance-based campaigns and strategies

Experience in supporting to manage campaigns which include paid social, programmatic job distribution, search and display, as well as an understanding of reporting and analytics

Understanding technical requirements for tracking media, including UTM-tracking and pixel placement

Professional level of written and spoken English communication skills

Experience using the professional online tools, such as Google suite of applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides)
