The Opportunity:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline, with the view to leading commercial activities on a project in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the pipeline of projects and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor who has a track record of leading commercial activities on projects from GBP10m – GBP30m.
Duties:

Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery

Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors

Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement

Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome

Manage the project commercial team
