Responsibilities:

  • Engaging Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.

  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress using various methods, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.

  • Differentiated Instruction: Implement strategies to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners, ensuring all students have access to high-quality learning experiences.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, including the SENCO, to support students with special educational needs.

  • Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and working collaboratively to support their learning.
