Randstad Education Leeds are assisting a Primary School in Leeds appoint a Business Manager. This is a full time permanent position in a thriving and inclusive school which is committed to providing a high-quality education for pupils. They are looking for a Business Manager who shares the same values and can contribute to the schools ongoing success., As School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day financial and operational management of the school. This will involve:

  • Financial Management:

  • Overseeing the school’s budget, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring expenditure.

  • Managing financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

  • Operational Management:

  • Managing the school’s facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and health and safety.

  • Overseeing procurement and contracting for goods and services.

  • Managing the school’s human resources, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
