You will lead and develop skills for industry engagement in product design, lean manufacturing, IT, and emerging digital technologies-helping local businesses innovate, compete, and grow while ensuring modern industry practices feed back into the College's curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Business Engagement & Delivery: Identify local businesses, assess their technical needs, and deliver specialist mentoring, research, and development services.
