Requirements:
- Hold a qualification at level 5 (or above) in any discipline PLUS at least two year's experience supporting programmes/projects
- OR Hold a qualification at level 4 (or above) in any discipline PLUS at least three year's experience supporting on programmes/projects
- English GCSE (Grade C) OR Equivalent
- Maths GCSE (Grade C) OR Equivalent
- Experience of establishing processes and/or procedures that support the successful delivery of a programme or project
- Experience of developing and implementing a marketing campaign
- Experience of monitoring a budget to successfully draw down funding
- Enhanced vetting will be required prior to start date for post
Responsibilities:
- To manage processes that support the successful delivery of a range of programmes, ensuring that the College meets all of its requirements with regard to programme delivery activities including compliance, finance claims, project management and project evaluation.
- To prepare returns to funding agencies through funding portals/CRMs that are compliant with funder grant offer letters.
- To work with the Centre Manager and College Marketing team to design and deliver a marketing plan that promotes business engagement and recruitment onto programmes and events.
- To organise and co-ordinate programme activities such as webinars, events, training courses etc.
- To collate financial claims for submission to funders.
- To manage the procurement and payment for resources required for delivery of programmes and activities in order to meet objectives, ensuring procurement is in line with college procurement policies.
