Due to the increased demands across Older People's Services, Randstad are keen to recruit experienced Social Care Co-ordinators who will become an integral part of an experienced Social Care team providing invaluable support to senior Social Workers and management teams in the delivery of services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly reporting any changes in need or risk.
- Supporting responsible risk-taking and contributing to risk management discussions.
- Remaining alert to indicators of changing need.
- Contributing to adult protection plans and strategy meetings.
- Carrying out necessary administrative tasks.
- Supporting the team duty system.
- Maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date electronic and paper records in compliance with Trust operating standards.
