We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Care Co-ordinators to join our team for positions throughout Belfast and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will work alongside qualified Social Workers to deliver essential support, practical guidance, and care packages, making a tangible difference in the lives of service users and their families. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred social care activities to older adults under the direction of a Social Worker to boost independence. Monitor care packages and liaise with families, voluntary networks, and healthcare teams to ensure high service quality. Support risk identification, report changing service user needs, and assist with adult safeguarding procedures. Qualifications and Requirements 6-12 months of previous paid social care experience. Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC). Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Full immunisation record (MMR). Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of this work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children & Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role).
