Randstad have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Payroll Coordinator to join the team at Belfast Metropolitan College.

Requirements:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification - level 6 and above
- 2 years experience processing payroll for a large organisation
- Experience within HR / end to end recruitment
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting / compliance checks including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of this work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and consistent delivery of key transactional HR activities
- Manage and oversee the administration of the monthly payroll
- Ensure the effective administration for an end-to-end recruitment service
- Ensure the delivery of a first level response for managers and staff on employment queries
