Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent is essential
- Minimum 18 months Band 5 experience
- Experience working within Inpatients Acute
- Current professional membership required
- Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting / compliance checks including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of this work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children & Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role)
- Up to date Immunisation records to complete a full occupational health review
- Ability to build rapport with ease
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work in fast paced user-centric environment
Responsibilities
- Prioritise, assess and manage own patient caseload
- Provide education, advice and support to patients/carers on home management
- Provide accurate statistics and maintain professional and administrative records as required
- Deliver a service, which meets all organisational and professional responsibilities
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of radiography
- Communicate effectively with patients and ensure there is an understanding of their condition
- Promote and support effective team working, fostering a culture of openness and transparency
- Support the service's leadership team as required
- Maintain a high level of safety to ensure all service users are kept safe
