Workday Practitioner
12 Months Contract – Remote Working
£750 Inside IR35
A pioneering professional technology consultancy is seeking a Workday Practitioner to join their team on a 12-month contract. You will play a key role in an end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll and Workday HCM, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and process optimisation.
As a workday Practitioner you role will include the following:
- Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Payroll to drive operational excellence.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll operations.
- Ensure payroll compliance with UK regulations and industry best practices.
- Support the full implementation lifecycle, from design to post-go-live. (full end to end implementation)
Essential Skills
- Workday Payroll & Workday HCM Certifications
- Proven experience as a Workday Payroll Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration, workflows, and business rules
- In-depth understanding of UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday Payroll implementation
