The job role is for an experienced Simulation (LVC) Engineer to join the C4I Battlelab team. The primary focus of the role is to configure and utilize various connected simulation tools to create military-based mission thread scenarios that address customer problem spaces across the Land, Air, and Maritime domains.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Synthetic Environment Scenario Generation: You will create multi-domain scenarios that support fully virtual and hybrid virtual/live system demonstrations. This includes generating scenarios and synthetic environments to model virtual entities, battlespace environments, network simulations (like Tactical WAN and BLOS), and basic air or ground platform simulations.
  • System Integration Interfacing: A critical requirement is configuring external interfaces-such as DIS, specific tool APIs, IP interfaces, and TDL Message interfaces-to enable Real Time behavioral interactions between live and virtual systems. You will also create scripts and apps to bridge simulation tool APIs and integrate synthetic tools to meet mission needs.
