Are you a UX Designer passionate about creating digital services that truly work for everyone? Our client is looking for a subject matter expert to join a high-impact team dedicated to transforming essential public services.
The Locations

- Expert User Research: Conduct in-depth interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Lead & Influence: Act as a subject matter expert, making key design decisions and solving complex problems across multiple teams.
- Continuous Iteration: Use real user feedback and testing results to refine designs and stay ahead of industry best practices.
Who You Are
- Public Sector Pro: You have proven experience working within Government standards (GDS).
- Research Expert: You possess expert-level proficiency in User Research and usability testing.
