We are partnering with a prestigious, global leader in the healthcare and life sciences industry to find a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their high-performing team in Maidenhead. Operating within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent across corporate and commercial functions (including Sales, Marketing, and Business Support). This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for various commercial, corporate, and technical roles across the UK business.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior hiring managers, providing market insights, managing expectations, and guiding them through the hiring process.
- Sourcing Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
