Position: Squad Lead - Associate Manager Project Management (Active DV Clearance)
Employment Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Location: Corsham, UK
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3-days a week onsite)
Overview of the Role
The Squad Lead is tasked with directing essential team tasks, encompassing solution design, system construction, comprehensive testing, and bridging backlog deficiencies.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Authority to align on deployment timelines for every Programme Increment delivery part and ensure compliance with defined governance rules.
- Cultivate transparent communication and coordination among various groups delivering individual Programme Increment elements.
- Maintain accountability for the deployment of the primary IT platform, overseeing the design, development, and stabilization of all environments, including Factory, SIT, Pre-Production, and Production.
- Coordinate with the Technical Lead and Programme Manager to maintain Agile delivery artifacts in full alignment with project requirements.
- Direct daily stand-up meetings, manage delivery outcomes for individual sprints, engage with clients directly, address cross-team dependencies, and collaborate with other groups to ensure collective project success.
- Guide the Development Squad to remain execution-oriented.
