Role: Endpoint Engineer
Type: Contract (3 Months)
Location: Norwich, UK
Working Model: Onsite
Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a highly customer-focused Endpoint Engineer to provide exceptional 2nd-line support for our clinical and corporate teams in Norwich.
/n
What You'll Do
/n
/n
- Provide 2nd-line remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
/n
- Build, configure, and deploy workstations and laptops for technology refreshes.
/n
- Support and manage Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, and Sophos.
/n
- Log, track, and resolve incidents within strict SLAs via the IT Service Desk.
/n
/n
What You Bring
/n
/n
- Proven experience in 2nd-line IT desktop/hardware support.
/n
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Active Directory.
/n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate IT jargon for non-technical users.
/n
- A relevant IT degree, Microsoft Certification, or ITIL Foundation knowledge (highly desirable).
