We are looking for an autonomous, hands-on L5-equivalent Analyst (5-8+ years experience) to sit at the intersection of data, psychology, and strategy for a world-leading online video and creator platform.

The Role:

  • Decode Trends: Analyze how users interact with short-form vs. long-form content and Connected TV.
  • Tell the Story: Move beyond raw stats to explain why consumer shifts happen and how marketing strategy should respond.
  • Blend Data Sources: Merge internal behavioral metrics, third-party research (Kantar, Nielsen), and custom qualitative/quantitative experiments into executive-ready decks.
  • Drive Impact: Design end-to-end A/B tests, measure campaign ROI, and champion a psychological approach to marketing.
