Job description:
We are looking for an experienced RAN Engineering Specialist to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role focuses on optimizing mobile radio access networks and driving process improvements through automation and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the complex interactions between coverage and capacity within the mobile radio access network.
Implement best practices for coverage management and develop new methodologies to improve efficiency.
Identify operational blockers and provide actionable improvement plans and solutions.
Utilize an automation-first mindset to reduce delivery times.
Present analytical findings clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the radio planning space.
Radio Planning & Tools:
Strong proficiency in radio planning tools, specifically ATOLL (with a focus on Automatic Cell Planning).
Experience in PCI/RSI planning and mobile Radio antenna configurations.
