Seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to design, establish, and embed a centralized PMO function for a major Public Sector account.

- Clearance: Active SC Clearance
Required
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and embed a centralized PMO operating model, project lifecycles, and governance toolkits.
- Establish consistent change governance, oversight, and controls across all account projects.
- Provide portfolio-level visibility over delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource planning to senior stakeholders.
- Lead complex process improvements and upskill project delivery teams.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of setting up new PMO capabilities from scratch.
- Deep experience in program/change governance and delivery controls.
- Ability to operate credibly at senior levels and influence without formal authority.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
- Desirable: PRINCE2/MSP/PMP and Public Sector experience.
