We are seeking an IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst with 2-4 years of large enterprise experience. In this contract role, you will manage the end-to-end life cycle of end-user assets (PCs, mobile devices, accessories), with a core focus on maintaining a hyper-accurate ServiceNow CMDB.
Key Responsibilities- Data & CMDB Integrity: Validate and reconcile asset data across ServiceNow CMDB and Flexera to resolve discrepancies.
- Lifecycle Management: Execute HAM processes from procurement, license tracking, and refresh scheduling through to e-wasting.
- Ticketing & Triage: Review and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests linked to hardware assets.
- Reporting: Analyze trends and generate inventory, compliance, and budget reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Experience: 2-4+ years in enterprise hardware management.
- Tech Skills: Strong MS Excel (VLOOKUPs) and Power BI capabilities.
- Tools (Desirable): Prior exposure to Flexera, ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, Nexthink, or ITIL/IAITAM certifications.
