The Opportunity

We are partnering with a Tier-1 global Financial Services organization to find a senior Executive Leadership & Client Engagement Director. You will spearhead a massive enterprise-wide Generative AI transformation, serving as the strategic onsite leader for a critical AWS Launchpad engagement.

This is not a hands-on coding role. This is a high-impact, C-suite facing leadership position where you will bridge the gap between business strategy and cutting-edge cloud engineering. You will lead the "industrialization" of Generative AI, taking pilot programs and scaling them into secure, production-grade enterprise platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Executive Advisory: Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, driving steering committee discussions and aligning AI investments with enterprise goals.
  • GenAI Industrialization: Lead the enterprise rollout of Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, defining operating models, deployment frameworks, and best practices.
  • Program Governance: Own the financial health, risk mitigation, and delivery success of the transformation program.
  • Global Team Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams of Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, and DevOps professionals.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations meet strict security, ethical AI, and regulatory frameworks required in the financial sector.

What You Bring to the Table

  • AWS Expertise: Proven, hands-on strategic experience with AWS Launchpad, Amazon Bedrock, and enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Executive Presence: Extensive experience managing C-suite stakeholders, managing organizational change, and navigating complex corporate governance.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience driving cloud/AI transformation within Insurance, Financial Services, or similarly highly regulated industries.
  • Technical Acumen: A strong architectural understanding of GenAI concepts (RAG, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows) and DevSecOps automation.
  • Delivery Mastery: Expertise in benefits management, project planning, and crisis mitigation for large-scale enterprise deployments.

To Apply: If you are a visionary leader ready to define the future of AI in the financial sector, please submit your CV and a brief overview of your AWS Launchpad experience.
