The Role:
Drive direct sales for Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit on our owned D2C platform. As the 'marketing voice' in commercial discussions, you will bridge brand strategy and retail trading to hit aggressive sell-out targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Trading: Lead E-commerce merchandising and site optimization for peak periods (Black Friday, World Cup).
- Stakeholder Leadership: Navigate a global Matrix, partnering with Sales and Product teams to align regional goals.
- Data & Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and sales metrics to build commercial propositions and optimize campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Execute large-scale, integrated digital initiatives and promotional communications.
- Positioning: Adapt brand narratives and value propositions for various retail channels.
Required Skills:
