IT Manager Type of role: Permanent Location: Carmarthenshire / South West Wales Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, autonomous IT Manager to take full ownership of local IT operations for our client. In this broad, impactful role, you'll manage daily infrastructure, bridge IT and OT environments, and coordinate with external partners. Key Responsibilities IT Operations: Oversee system performance, security, backups, M365, user administration, and network topology. Vendor Project Leadership: Manage external IT providers, service SLAs, and live hardware refreshes. Governance: Partner with the local CFO on site budgets and align with global Group IT strategies. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in IT administration, system engineering, or IT management. Technical Knowledge: Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Hyper-V/VMware, firewalls, LAN/WAN/VPN networking, and backups.
